Customizing Individual Customer Reminders

You can customize which reminders individual customers receive, in case you have special VIP customers who don't need all reminders or those problem customers who need an extra nudge.

Step 1

In your Biller Genie account, click on Customers. You can search for a particular customer by typing their business name, first or last name, or email in the search box.

Step 2

Navigate to the Reminders tab.


Step 3

Click Edit to individually toggle each reminder on or off as desired.

Reminders can be customized for both email and paper mail. 

Note: Once you save the new settings by clicking on Update Customer, you will be able to see the last update time and date underneath Record Details below.
