Ryan was very helpful when we were initially switching to Biller Genie with account set up and all questions. We had an issue with Quickbooks that took me 3months of customer service with quickbooks and no answers. I eventually reached out to Ryan and within 5 minutes he had set me up with Daniel who rectified the issue that had nothing to do with Biller Genie in minutes! We Switched to Biller Genie about 2 months ago and we have been super happy with the service, everything has been running super smooth since our first meeting wit Karim we haven't had any problems with processing any payments and even setting up our email domain was extremely easy with the help of Daniel. I needed help with our merchant provider and they were unable to help unless I had information I could not get unless I was logged in.
