Since we switched to Biller Genie our A/R time has been reduced. Our customers love the new payment options. The software is very user-friendly as well.

We switched to Biller Genie the fall of 2023. The team at Biller Genie has been great to work with. We have been utilizing Biller Genie for almost two months and LOVE IT!!! We had mistakenly posted some of our credit card transactions to the wrong account and I did not know how to correct it. I scheduled an online meeting with Melissa Gacek and she was able to resolve the issue and tell me what we had done incorrectly. I scheduled a thirty minute meeting but, Melissa was on the call with me for over an hour. She answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Evana was incredibly helpful. Our invoices were not carrying over into Biller Genie. It had taken over an hour to figure out that it was due to upgrading from 21 QuickBooks to 24 that was causing the issue! I started working with Biller Genie the end of 2023. My former means of receiving payments from my clients--paying by check--was becoming cumbersome and outdated. Biller Genie has made it a breeze. Usually there's a delay of a few days before the funds clear, but I'm okay with that.So today, Fortis flagged my account because I was surpassing my limits on funds coming in. Good problem, right? While working through the "problem," Evana, a Biller tech support specialist jumped in to help me resolve my issue. Then she called me!! Very good customer service and they are responsive. Yet premium version is too expensive in my opinion. .5% of the amount collected with a $1,500 cap on monthly fees. The standard plug in is quite good. I wish they had an offering between the premium version and the standard plug in.

We started using Biller Genie a couple of months ago. It's a user friendly site. Any questions, they answer right away. Danny C. gave me a call today just to check in. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He took the time to explain things in detail, he was a true breath of fresh air compared to the people who rush you off the phone and most of the time don't address the issue you called for originally. We switched to Biller Genie because we were sick of issues with Quickbooks merchant services. Been using them for a year now and could not be happier! It was a bumpy start, partly due to our own personal issues with technology, but they held our hand and were there to help us every step of the way. We were nervous about the support as they are a smaller company, but have grown to love the personal help we receive when we need it. We are not talking to some random person halfway around the world, whom we will never get on the phone again, we are talking to the same few people most of the time (shout out to Marlene, Kaylie and Enrique, you guys rock!). Not going to lie, there were definite issues along the way, but so is the case with any other program. The staff at Biller Genie have always demonstrated genuine care and concern for any issues that come up and thus far we have been able to work through all of them. The biggest benefit of switching is all the money we are saving! When we realized what we were paying Quickbooks merchant services every year it made us sick. We literally pay 1/3 of what we used to now that we have Biller Genie. And a special shout out to our account manager Ari! He was the one holding our hand and calming our nerves along the way. And never once did we feel judged by him or did he make us feel like we were a bother. He is good at what he does and is a genuinely nice guy. Long story short, change can be scary, especially when you have been doing something one way for so long, but sometimes it is worth it. And switching to Biller Genie was definitely worth it!

Been using biller genie for about two years now with QuickBooks desktop pro to handle homeowner payments for our HOA. We have had some issues with syncing and occasionally customers not able to use mobile site very well. Aside from the occasional issues, the customer support is hands down the best I've ever dealt with. Very quick to respond. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this product and company.

I own a few different companies and one of them is for merchant services. I wanted my merchant service company to handle the processing for my primary business. When I went to do this I realized that quickbooks would not be able to work with my merchant services company directly. This is when my partner for merchant services recommended that I work with Biller Genie. I was put in contact with Ari and he had took me through the process of how everything works. He also explained several options offered by Biller Genie to save my primary company a lot of money. I am extremely busy and the Biller Genie platform has saved me time, money and has organized my back office operations by taking on the roles of a staff member. They invoice, reconcile, and chase down outstanding invoices. What I love is that I can reach Ari anytime which makes it feel like he is part of my team. We joined Biller Genie this year, and I have to say it is one of the best decisions we made!!! We have had so much better of a turn around time on invoices. The support has also been AMAZING. Customer service is top notch!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and sign up! Yes, there is a charge to use the service, but it has paid for itself for a year already in invoices paid via the service. I too had an issue with PNC, but biller genie did everything they could to help resolve the issue and they were not even the ones at fault! They truly care about their customers.

We joined Biller Genie early this year. Things were a little bumpy at first with slow syncing and slow service responses. But, as the year went on things smoothed out. Now when we do the manual sync in the evening it syncs within a few seconds. I recently submitted a service ticket and I heard from Biller Genie almost immediately. I have clients that have been mailing checks for nearly 20 years that are now paying through Biller Genie.Biller Genie is truly an asset to our business!
